Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
  Sweet potatoes 2 Pound
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Pineapple orange yogurt 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook sweet potatoes in boiling salted water until tender, about 45 minutes.
Peel] potatoes; add butter and mash until smooth.
Stir in yogurt, sugar and salt.
Serve immediately.
