Twice-Baked Potatoes

Twice baked potatoes is a simple preparation that can be paired with salad or vegetables for a full meal. Made with baking potatoes and hot cream along with eggs, the twice baked potatoes are baked twice and seasoned with butter and salt.
Ingredients
  Baking potatoes 4
  Cream 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1 , well beaten
  Butter To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Bake potatoes 45 minutes at 425°.
Remove from oven.
Cut lengthwise, scoop out centers and mash with above ingredients.
Beat well.
Spoon back into the potato shells.
Brush lightly with melted butter.
Return to oven and bake 5 to 10 more minutes.
