Jalapeno Snack Mix

Ingredients
  Cheese snack crackers 16 Ounce (About 1 Package)
  Small pretzel twists 1 Ounce (About 1 Package)
  Corn chex 12 Ounce (About 1 Package)
  Drained pickled jalapeno slices 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), coarsely chopped
  Dried oregano leaves 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 2 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs) (About 2 Sticks)
Directions

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
Combine the crackers, pretzels and corn Chex in a large roasting pan.
Combine the jalapeno slices, mustard, garlic, oregano and cumin in a small food processor or blender container and process until jalapehos are finely chopped.
Combine the jalapeno mixture and butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave, covered, on Medium until butter is melted.
Pour over the cereal mixture and toss until well coated.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Spread over buttered foil to cool.
