Roasted Medley of Vegetables

Roasted Vegetables is a wonderful medley of fresh vegetables like the potatoes, carrots, broccoli and onion. These vegetables are tossed in the seasonings, coated in the olive oil and roasted in the oven. Try out these amazing Roasted Vegetables with a lovely aroma and enjoy!
  Potatoes 2 , cut into pieces
  Carrots 2 , sliced
  Broccoli 1 , cut into pieces
  Onion 1 , cut in rings
  Low salt seasoning To Taste
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon

1) In a large ovenproof dish, place the vegetables and sprinkle a little seasoning, salt and pepper. Drizzle with the olive oil and hand toss all the vegetables.
2) Cover with a foil and place the vegetables in a preheated oven at 425 Degree F for 25 minutes, stir and then roast further for another 15-20 minutes.
3) Remove and serve in the nice serving plates.
