Red Hot Potato Scallop
|Onions||2 , sliced|
|Hot dogs||8 , cut in bite-size pieces|
|Diced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Carrots||3 , sliced|
|Diced peeled potato||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Canned tomato soup||10 Ounce (1 Can Of 10 Ounce)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine the onions, hot dogs, celery, carrots and potatoes in a large casserole and mix gently.
Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Combine the mustard, salt, soup and water in a bowl and whisk to blend.
Pour evenly over the hot dog mixture.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
