Red Hot Potato Scallop

Ingredients
  Onions 2 , sliced
  Hot dogs 8 , cut in bite-size pieces
  Diced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Carrots 3 , sliced
  Diced peeled potato 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned tomato soup 10 Ounce (1 Can Of 10 Ounce)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine the onions, hot dogs, celery, carrots and potatoes in a large casserole and mix gently.
Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Combine the mustard, salt, soup and water in a bowl and whisk to blend.
Pour evenly over the hot dog mixture.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
