Refreshing Rhubarb Dessert

Ingredients
  Margarine/Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Rolled oats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  All purpose flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Sliced rhubarb 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Microwave margarine uncovered in round baking dish, 8 x 1 1/2 inches, until melted, 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Stir in rolled oats, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Microwave un covered 1 minute; stir.
Microwave uncovered until well coated, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
Reserve half of the oat mixture; press remaining mixture firmly and evenly in baking dish.
Add rhubarb.
Mix granulated sugar, orange juice and corn starch in 4 cup glass measure.
Microwave 1 minute; stir.
Microwave to boiling, 1 to 2 minutes.
Pour over rhubarb.
Sprinkle with reserved oat mixture.
Microwave uncovered until rhubarb is tender, 7 to 8 minutes; cool.
