Quick And Easy Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Roast your sweeet potatoes with a pinch of salt and pepper and a hint of parsley. Easy to make and great to taste, enjoy this recipe as a side dish.
Ingredients
  Sweet potatoes 2
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1
Directions

Chop sweet potatoes into cubes. Lay the cubes in a baking dish and add a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix it well. Bake the sweet potatoes 450 F for 20-25 minutes. Flip the potatoes halfway through bake time. Chop parsley for garnish.
