Cheesy Vegetable Loaf
Adapted from Sharp Microwave and Convection Cookbook.
|Whole meal breadcrumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Carrot||1 Medium, grated|
|Zucchini||1 Medium, grated|
|Potato||1 Medium, grated|
|Leek||1 , sliced|
|Grated cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Bacon rashers||4 , chopped|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Eggs||3 , lightly beaten|
|Grated cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 180Â°C.
Combine all ingredients.
Pour into a greased loaf tin and sprinkle with extra cheese.
Bake on Low Rack for 10-15 minutes on LOW MIX/BAKE 180Â°C.
