Ham And Sweet Potatoes
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Pineapple juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sweet potatoes||2 , halved|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
Press cloves into each piece of ham.
Heat fat in cooker and brown the ham.
Add brown sugar, pineapple juice, water, and sweet potatoes.
Close cover and set pres sure control in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 9 minutes.
Remove cooker from heat and allow to cool normally for 5 minutes, then place under running water.
Set ham and potatoes on a warm platter.
Mix cornstarch and lemon juice and add to liquid in cooker.
Stir until clear and slightly thickened.
Pour sauce over ham and sweet potatoes.
