Bacon-Stuffed Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
  Sweet potatoes 5 Pound (8 Medium Units)
  Vegetable oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bacon slices 9 , cooked and crumbled
  Commercial sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

Scrub potatoes thoroughly, and rub skins with oil, bake at 400° for 1 hour or until done.
Let cool to the touch.
Slice skin away from top of each potato; carefully scoop out pulp, leaving shells intact.
Mash pulp; add bacon and next 5 ingredients; mix well.
Spoon into shells; sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
