Fried Ham And Potato Cakes
|Mashed potatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Instant Will Do)|
|Diced cooked ham||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Onion salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Oil||3 Tablespoon (For Frying)|
Mix potatoes, ham, parsley, and seasonings.
This mixture will be able to be shaped into flat cakes.
Dip each cake into flour, be ing sure to batter both sides.
Heat oil in skillet.
Saute cakes in oil, ad ding more oil if needed.
When cakes are browned on both sides, set on a warm platter until ready to serve.
