Turkey-Vegetable Sloppy Joes

Ingredients
  Ground turkey 1 Pound
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Chopped green bell pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced tomatoes 14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Tomato paste 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Yellow mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Kaiser rolls/Hamburger buns 8 Ounce, split (4 Rolls Of 2 Ounce)
  Reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese 4 Ounce, shredded (1 Cup)
Directions

Cook turkey, onion, and garlic in a nonstick skil let over medium-high heat until turkey is browned, stirring to crumble.
Stir in bell pepper and next 7 ingredients.
Bring to a boil; cover.
Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.2.
Spoon 1/2 cup turkey mixture onto bottom half of each roll; top each with 2 tablespoons cheese and top half of roll.
