Ingredients
  Potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked and mashed
  Onion 1 , grated
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Whole wheat bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy grits 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Soaked In 0.5 Cup 16 Tablespoon Stock)
  Rosemary 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Thoroughly blend all ingredients.
This will stuff a 4- to 5-pound fowl.
