Capsicum Bhujia

Ingredients
  Capsicums 250 Gram
  Tomatoes 250 Gram
  Ghee 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Coriander leaves 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Onions 125 Gram
  Turmeric 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Spices 1 Teaspoon, ground
  Salt To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Cut the onion into slices.
2 Cut capsicums and tomatoes into big pieces.

MAKING
3 In a pan, heat the ghee.
4 Add in turmeric, capsicums, onions, and tomatoes.
5 Fry, stirring until dry and add in salt.
6 Add in ground spices and coriander leaves.

SERVING
7 Serve hot.

TIP
Add in potato for variation, if desired.

Mom Has gone I bought tammotos and capsysum this morning and looked for a recipy........ this was a good one yum home made food and that too good..
