Cheesy Spinach Gratin
|Non fat ricotta cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Frozen chopped spinach||2 Cup (32 tbs), thawed, squeezed dry|
|Egg substitute||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded low fat jarlsberg cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Unbleached flour||3 Tablespoon|
|Dried oregano||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Shredded provolone cheese||2 Tablespoon|
Preheat the oven to 350 degree F.
Coat two small oval gratin dishes with nonstick spray; set aside.In a medium bowl, mix the ricotta, spinach, egg substitute, onion, Jarls berg, flour, and oregano.
Divide the mixture between the prepared dishes.
Sprinkle with the provolone and paprika.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until set and golden.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving
