Grilled Garden Kabobs

Ingredients
  Italian dressing/Commercial fat-free italian dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Basic Variety)
  Minced parsley 1 Tablespoon (Use Fresh Ones)
  Dried basil leaves 1 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Zucchini 2 Medium, cut into 1 inch chunks
  Cherry tomatoes 8
  Mushrooms 8 Medium
  Yellow bell peppers 2 Medium, cut into 1-inch chunks
Directions

Mix dressing with parsley, basil, and thyme in a small bowl.
Chill for 45 minutes.
Thread zucchini, tomatoes, mushrooms, and yellow bell peppers on 8 skewers.
Place on grill rack over medium heat.
Grill, turning and basting with dressing mixture, for 15 minutes or until tender.
