Mixed vegetable is healthy and tasty dish.
Ingredients
  Potato 2
  Button mushroom 6 , cut into four pieces
  Bell pepper 2 , cut into bite size pieces (Red And Green)
  Asparagus 2 , cut into small pieces
  Broccoli 1 Small, cut into small pieces
  French beans 8 , chopped
  Baby corn 4
  Tomato 2 Medium, cut into four pieces
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1 Medium
  Chopped garlic 2
  Chopped cilantro 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Chopped ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Heat oil and add onion and fry till light brown. Add garlic, potato, mushroom and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.

2. Add capsicum pieces, add broccoli, French beans, asparagus and baby corn and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

3. Add coriander powder, red chili powder and salt. Fry for 5 minutes. Add tomato pieces and chopped ginger and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.

4. Garnish with chopped green coriander leaves.
