Wilted Leaf Lettuce

Ingredients
  Leaf lettuce 200 Gram
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Green onions 2 , chopped
  Bacon slices 4
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Hard cooked eggs 1 , chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Shred lettuce into hot bowl; add seasonings and onions.
Fry bacon until crisp; chop.
Add vinegar and water; heat.
Pour over lettuce mixture; toss until wilted.
Sprinkle with egg.
