Glazed Sweet Potatoes

The glazed sweet potatoes would make an excellet side to go with rice and salad. Prepared with canned sweet potatoes cooked in a microwave with a glaze of butter, brown sugar and nutmeg, the glazed sweet potatoes are delcious and comforting.
Ingredients
  Canned sweet potatoes 18 Ounce
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon, cut into pieces
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Gently mix all ingredients.
Cover and microwave 3 minutes; stir gently.
Cover and microwave until hot, 2 to 3 minutes.
