|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Place potatoes on toaster oven baking pan.
Preheat oven to 400Â°F.
Bake ap proximately 35 to 45 minutes, depending on size of potato.
When potato feels soft to the touch, remove from oven.
Cut in half lengthwise.
Scoop out potato, reserving skins.
Whip potato until fluffy with butter, enough milk to make it smooth, and salt and pepper.
Spoon back into shells.
Sprinkle with paprika and cheese, if desired.
Heat in toaster oven until golden brown.
