|Onions||1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced thin|
|Green peppers||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced|
|Oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Nutritional yeast||1 Tablespoon|
|Sweet herb essence||1 Teaspoon|
|Moong bean||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sprouts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Saute onions, green peppers, celery and mushrooms briefly in oil.
Remove from heat.
Blend with remaining ingredients.
