Ingredients
  Onions 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced thin
  Green peppers 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Nutritional yeast 1 Tablespoon
  Sweet herb essence 1 Teaspoon
  Moong bean 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sprouts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Saute onions, green peppers, celery and mushrooms briefly in oil.
Remove from heat.
Blend with remaining ingredients.
