Garden Relish

Ingredients
  Corn ears 6
  Green peppers 6 , finely cut
  Chopped cucumbers 1 Pint
  Chopped onions 1 Pint
  Cider vinegar 1 1⁄4 Pint
  Sugar 2
  Celery seed 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 3 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Turmeric 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut corn from cob.
Place all ingredients in large kettle; mix.
Cook for 1 hour just at boiling point.
Wash six pint jars in soap and water; fill with boiling water and let set.
Set screw tops and lids in boiling water.
Pour relish into jars 1/2 inch from top; seal.
