Ingredients
  Cooked mashed sweet potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Crushed corn flakes 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

In a bowl, combine the sweet potatoes and salt. Mix well then add the milk. Shape into 6-8 balls. Dip into the melted butter then roll in the crushed corn flakes. Place the croquettes on a greased broiler pan. Broil for 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
