Sweet Potato Custard

Ingredients
  Sweet potatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs), grated (Raw)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutritional yeast 2 Tablespoon
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Milk 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), scalded
  Molasses 4 Tablespoon
  Soy flour 3 Tablespoon
  Allspice 2 Teaspoon, ground
Directions

Mix sweet potatoes and eggs.
Slowly stir in milk.
Add rest of ingredients'.
Turn into oiled custard cups.
Set cups in pan of hot water.
Bake at 325° F. for about 1 hour.
Serve hot or cold.
Top with soy cheese.
