Sweet Potato Fingers

Ingredients
  Cooked sweet potatoes 6
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fat 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cut sweet potatoes into strips or fingers.
Dip each finger into flour so it is well-coated.
Heat fat in medium skillet.
Fry potato fingers until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
Sprinkle with a mixture of brown sugar, salt, and nutmeg.
Keep these tasty appetizers on a hot tray until party time.
