Sweet Potato Fingers
|Cooked sweet potatoes||6|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fat||1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cut sweet potatoes into strips or fingers.
Dip each finger into flour so it is well-coated.
