Capsicums Stuffed With Spices

Ingredients
  Capsicums 250 Gram
  Cumin powder 3 Teaspoon
  Cloves 2 , ground
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Curd 1⁄2 Kilogram
  Asafoetida 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Turmeric 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 3 Teaspoon
  Amchur 1 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ghee 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1 In a pan, heat the ghee.
2 Add in asafetida, turmeric, curd, ground soices, salt and pepper.
3 Cook, stirring until brown.
4 Remove from the heat and stir in amchoor powder.
5 Allow to cool.
6 Slit the capsicum lengthwise.
7 Fill in the prepared mixture.
8 Place it in the same pan and cook, covered on low heat, until the capsicums are tender.

SERVING
9 Serve at once.
