Pickled Pimentos

Ingredients
  Pimento peppers 30
  Vinegar 1 Pint
  Water 1 Pint
  Salt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 6 Tablespoon
Directions

Remove stem ends and seed from peppers.
Cover three times with boiling water, allow ing water to stand for 3 minutes each time.
Drain.
Pack whole or sliced into sterilized jars.
Combine remaining ingredients and boil for 10 minutes; pour over peppers.
Seal.
Let stand for three weeks before using.
