Hearty Cheese Vegetable
|Thinly sliced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Flour||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chicken bouillon cubes||3|
|Coarsely grated carrots||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated sharp cheese||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Saute onion and celery in butter until soft but not brown.
Stir in flour and bouillon cubes mashing slightly.
Gradually blend in milk until thick and smooth.
Add grated carrots and parsley and cook 5 minutes.
Add salt and pepper.
Toss in grated cheese.
