Pan Baked Potatoes
|Butter||2 Tablespoon (or margarine)|
|Parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated|
|Pepper white||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Potatoes||4 Medium, sliced (4 to 5 ounces each)|
Place butter in 1-cup glass measure and cook on HI, 45 seconds.
Stir together cheese, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
Dip cut side in butter, then in cheese mixture.
Place potatoes in shallow micro-proof baking dish.
Cook on HI, 10 to 12 minutes, or until tender.
Let stand 5 min-utes.
Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
