Vegetable Dopyaza

Ingredients
  Ginger piece 700 Gram
  Garlic 200 Gram
  French beans 200 Gram
  Tomatoes 200 Gram
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Curd 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green chilies 4
  Cumin seeds 2 Teaspoon
  Ginger piece 1 , chopped
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), chopped
  Garam masala 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Ghee 3 Tablespoon
  Coriander leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1 Cut the vegetables into small pieces.
2 In a grinder jar, add onion, green chillies, coriander, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, ginger and garlic.
3 Grind into a fine paste.
4 In a pan, heat the ghee.
5 Add in the paste and fry till light brown.
6 Add in a pinch of sugar and salt.
7 Add in the vegetables, stirring well.
8 Gradually add in well beaten curd along with half cup of water.
9 Cook until tender.
10 Stir in the garam masala.

SERVING
11 Serve hot, garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
