Ingredients
  Onions 2 Medium, finely chopped (About 1 Cup)
  Finely chopped green pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 4 Medium, peeled and chopped (About 3 Cups)
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

In large skillet, cook and stir onion and green pepper in oil over medium heat until onion is tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients; heat to boiling.
Cool.
Cover; refrigerate several days.
