Prawn With Pineapple And Capsicum

Ingredients
  Prawns 2 Cup (32 tbs), cleaned and shelled
  Capsicums 4
  Pineapple slice 3 , cut into cubes
  Onion 1 , quartered
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Pepper powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Soya sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Corn flour 2 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Chili oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oil 8 Tablespoon
  Wine 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Remove the seeds from the capsicums and slice them into half rings.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil and saute capsicums for 1 minute.
Add 2 tablespoons water and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Simmer for 2 minutes and remove.
Heat 6 tablespoons oil and fry onion, ginger and prawns.
Add sugar, soya sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper, wine and keep stirring constantly.
Add pineapple and fry for 4 minutes.
Mix cornflour with water and add to the prawns.
Keep on stirring till it thickens.
Remove from fire, add chilli oil and serve hot with plain chow-chow.
VEGETARIAN VERSION:
Use 1/4 kg. cottage cheese cut into strips, rub soya sauce and fry until golden instead of prawns.
