Cold Sweet And Sour Radishes

Cold Sweet And Sour Radishes is a simple Chinese dish that is extremely easy to prepare. I often cook this dish for lunch, especialy during weekends so that my husband can enjoy it too. You can also prepare the Cold Sweet And Sour Radishes dish in no time!
Ingredients
  Radishes 2 Bunch (200 gm)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Wash, top and tail the radishes; drain.
Using the handle of a heavy kitchen knife, smashes each radish, but do not break them completely - they must remain almost whole.
Sprinkle with salt and leave for 5 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and, when the sugar has dissolved, mix again.
