Cold Sweet And Sour Radishes
|Radishes||2 Bunch (200 gm)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Wine vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Sesame oil||2 Teaspoon|
Wash, top and tail the radishes; drain.
Using the handle of a heavy kitchen knife, smashes each radish, but do not break them completely - they must remain almost whole.
Sprinkle with salt and leave for 5 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and, when the sugar has dissolved, mix again.
