These Haddock Potato Cakes are the best fish cakes that I've ever had! Try out these Haddock Potato Cakes for a snack and I'm sure you'll get addicted to them! Feel free to comment here!
Ingredients
  Potatoes 4 Medium
  Haddock fillets 1 Pound
  Egg 1
  Minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Seafood seasoning 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fat 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

These are filling and are sure to be favorites for you.
Mix together potatoes, fish, egg, onion, and seafood seasoning.
Form into flat cakes, batter each one in flour.
Heat fat in skillet, drop cakes into fat.
When fish cakes are browned on both sides, drain on paper towels.
