Super Foods Part Two - Fruit Salsa
|Green tea bags||3 (With Lemongrass)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Pineapple||1 Cup (16 tbs), cut in small diced cubes|
|Peeled diced orange||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Diced red onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Diced strawberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated ginger||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Medium-high heat the pan.
Add enough water to the pan to cover it.
Add tea bags to the pan, bring water to boil.
Simmer for 305 minutes.
In the meantime, in a bowl combine pineapple, onion, orange, strawberries, and ginger.
Mix them well.
