Super Foods Part Two - Fruit Salsa

Super Foods is a delicious and simple main course meal that you can have in the lunch. Stacey Hawkins shows you a simple and exotic recipe for fruits, broccoli and salmon that can be enjoyed at the lunch.
Ingredients
  Green tea bags 3 (With Lemongrass)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pineapple 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut in small diced cubes
  Peeled diced orange 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced red onion 1 Tablespoon
  Diced strawberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Medium-high heat the pan.
Add enough water to the pan to cover it.
Heat water.
Add tea bags to the pan, bring water to boil.
Simmer for 305 minutes.
Fruit salsa:
In the meantime, in a bowl combine pineapple, onion, orange, strawberries, and ginger.
Mix them well.

Hi Stacey, your recipes are always very much tempting. In this video, I am confused about the use of tea bags, can you please tell why we are using them for salmon preparation?
