Super Foods Part Three - Poaching The Salmon

Super Foods is a delicious and simple main course meal that you can have in the lunch. Stacey Hawkins shows you a simple and exotic recipe for fruits, broccoli and salmon that can be enjoyed at the lunch.
  Salmon 1 (Skin Intact)
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon oil 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped broccoli 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Washed And Rinsed)

Remove tea bags from the pan which is shown in the last video.
Add salmon to the pan, with skin side on top.
Cook for 6-8 minutes at 160 degrees.
In the meantime, high heat the pan.
Add walnuts to the pan, toast them for 2-3 minutes.
Put in a plate.
Medium heat the pan.
Add lemon oil to the pan.
Add broccoli, saute well.
Set aside the pan.
Remove salmon from the liquid.
Put on a plate.
Cover the salmon with fruit salsa which is shown in the last video.
Pour broccoli in a serving dish, put toasted walnuts on top.
Enjoy your salmon with salsa and broccoli.
