Super Foods Part Three - Poaching The Salmon
|Salmon||1 (Skin Intact)|
|Walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped broccoli||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Washed And Rinsed)|
Remove tea bags from the pan which is shown in the last video.
Add salmon to the pan, with skin side on top.
Cook for 6-8 minutes at 160 degrees.
In the meantime, high heat the pan.
Add walnuts to the pan, toast them for 2-3 minutes.
Put in a plate.
Medium heat the pan.
Add lemon oil to the pan.
Add broccoli, saute well.
Set aside the pan.
Remove salmon from the liquid.
Put on a plate.
Cover the salmon with fruit salsa which is shown in the last video.
Pour broccoli in a serving dish, put toasted walnuts on top.
Enjoy your salmon with salsa and broccoli.
