Delicious and Complete 15 Dollar Dinner
|Shallot||1 , minced|
|Red wine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic gusto seasoning||To Taste|
|Brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
Sauté the shallot till it becomes translucent, around 1 minute.
Add the baby bella mushrooms. Toss and cook.
Add the wine and stir. Add some garlic seasoning.
Turn the heat down to medium low and let the wine reduce.
Place the steak on the grill and let it cook.
When the yams are fork tender, drain them and put it in a bowl.
To the yams, add brown sugar, cinnamon seasoning, some sea salt and a scoop of butter.
Mash the yams with the seasoning.
The sauce should be ready by this time along with the steak and asparagus.
Take the steak out and let it rest for 2 minutes.
Spoon the mushrooms and the sauce over the steak and serve with the roasted asparagus and a side of the mashed yams.
