|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||3 Tablespoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon|
Combine rhubarb and water in a medium saucepan, bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat, and cook 5 minutes or until tender.
Drain; add remaining ingredients, and toss well.
