Ingredients
  Lauki 1 Pound
  Water 1 Liter
  Alum 1 Dash
  One string sugar syrup 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Ghee 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green cardamom powder 1 Teaspoon
  Cashew nuts 1 Tablespoon
  Rose water 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Peel the skin off the marrow, keeping it whole and dry.
2)Hold it upright and using a peeler take out long strips from top to bottom.
3)Soak them in water with alum for about 15 minutes.

MAKING
4)Wash the strips and steam them for 5 minutes.
5)Take a pan and heat sugar syrup in it. Put the strips in one side and heat it on medium heat.
6)Pour syrup on the strips and continue until syrup granulates.
7)In a small pan, heat ghee and pour it on the strips. Turn off heat.
8)Take a serving dish and arrange the granulated strips on it. 9)Sprinkle cardamom powder and granulated sugar and cashews and cool it.

SERVING
10)Sprinkle some rose water and serve.
