Mooli Ka Murabba

Ingredients
  White radish 8 Ounce
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Rose water 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Take a fresh long white radish peel its skin and cut off top and bottom ends.
2)Chop large pieces and prick with a fork all over.

MAKING
3)In a pan, boil water and place it in the pan. After two boils remove it and drain.
4)In another pan, add sugar and water and make single string syrup. Let it warm.
5)When the syrup is warm drop radish and cook until syrup thickens and radish is cooked. Remove from heat and cool.

SERVING
6)Sprinkle rose water and garnish with silver foil before each serving.
