For each one cup of mixed sliced veggies - toss with 1 Tbsp MWL Red Pepper Spice Blend and a drizzle of olive oil (optional) Grill. Cut softer juicier veggies in larger pieces * Cut hard veggies in thin smaller slices. We used sweet rainbow peppers, zucchini, sweet onion, carrots, parsnips and baby eggplant.
