Quick Vegetable Medley

Ingredients
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce
  Frozen cut broccoli 10 Ounce
  Frozen corn 10 Ounce
  Frozen cut carrots 10 Ounce
  Pimiento 2 Tablespoon
  Sliced almonds 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chicken broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry minced onion 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Prepare peas, broccoli, corn, and carrots according to package directions. Drain. Place vegetables in a saucepan and add pimiento, almonds, broth, onion, and mustard. Heat to boiling and simmer for 3 minutes.
