Summer Squash

Ingredients
  Yellow squash 7 Medium
  Salt To Taste
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Tomatoes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Bread crumbs 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Melted butter 2 Tablespoon
  Bread slices 2 , crumbled
Directions

Cube squash; cook for 8 minutes in saucepan in small amount of salted water.
Drain.
Combine egg and tomatoes in bowl; add 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Add remaining ingredients except bread.
Place in buttered casserole; place crumbled bread over top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
