This simple & delicious vegetable mix dish makes a superb Main Course or Side Dish. It's rich in flavor , filling and healthy.
1 Tablespoon (as needed)
4 , chopped finely (3-4)
1 , chopped finely
1⁄2 , shredded
1 Cup (16 tbs), torn
1⁄2 , chop
Powdered vegetable bouillon
1. In a hot pan, drizzle olive oil, add garlic and shallots. Toss quickly.
2. Add cabbage and kale.
3. Place Brussels Sprouts face down in pan and then add red pepper. Allow vegetables to sit in the pan for about 2-3 minutes on high heat, without tossing or turning them.
4. Turn the flame down to medium, toss repeatedly and cook until soft. You can even put a cover on the pan to speed up the process
5. Add in salt, garlic powder, and bouillon powder to taste. Mix well.
