Super Deluxe Marinated Vegetables

  Canned red kidney beans 16 Ounce
  Canned cut green beans 16 Ounce
  Canned garbanzo beans 16 Ounce
  Canned pitted ripe olives 6 Ounce
  Canned green olives 6 Ounce
  Canned shoe peg corn/Whole kernel niblets 12 Ounce
  Canned sliced mushrooms/1 cup sliced raw mushrooms 4 Ounce
  Carrots 2
  Cauliflower 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Red wine vinegar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salad oil/Part olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon

Combine vegetables in a large bowl. Combine garlic, vinegar, oil, sugar, and salt in a quart jar, and shake to blend thoroughly. Pour over vegetables and mix gently. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight or longer.
