Ingredients
  Red pepper 1⁄2 Medium, julienned
  Yellow pepper 1⁄2 Medium, julienned
  Baby corn 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Broccoli 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green chili 2 Medium, slit lengthwise
  Lime juice 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Julienne the red pepper and yellow pepper.
2. Break the broccoli into florets

MAKING
3. In a pan on medium heat, add the olive oil.
4. Add the red pepper, green pepper, baby corn and broccoli into the pan and stir fry for 2 minutes.
5. Add green chilis and lime juice and stir well. Let it cook for 5-10 minutes.

SERVING
6. Plate and serve as a side dish.
