Wegmans Vegetable Medley in 3 Minutes

Wegmans Chef Nella Neeck shows you how steamable veggies make getting this combo on the table super fast. And they're delicious drizzled with our fresh-pressed olive oil.
Ingredients
  Vegetables 8 Ounce (vegetables medley packet, including vegetables like baby carrot, baby zucchini etc.)
  Extra virgin olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Salt & pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. On a plate take the packaged vegetables and microwave for 2-3 minutes.
2. Open the packet and place the vegetables on a plate.
3. Pour 1-2 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil over the vegetables.
4. Sprinkle little salt and pepper over the vegetables.

SERVING
5. Serve the vegetables as a side dish with your favorite entree.
