  Easy indian vegetable seasoning 2 Ounce
  Zuchinni 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped
  Potato 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped
  Oil 3 Tablespoon

1. In a pan, heat oil on a medium-low heat.
2. Add in the seasoning and stir for 10 seconds.
3. Drop the vegetables and stir to coat it with the masala.
4. Cover and cook for 15- 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Garnish with a few chopped cilantro leaves if desired and serve.
