Vegetarian Fathers Day Grilled Dinner

Ingredients
  Mixed vegetables 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Portabella mushroom, yellow onion, bell pepper, green zucchini)
  Oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon (For marinating)
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon (For marinating)
  Cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon (For marinating)
  Mexico chili powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon (For marinating)
  Liquid smoke 1 Tablespoon (For marinating)
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon (For marinating)
  Salt/Salt substitute 1⁄4 Teaspoon (For marinating)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Cut all the vegetables.
2.Heat your grill to 300 degrees.
3.Marinade the vegetables with oregano, pepper, liquid smoke, cumin and chili powder.

MAKING
4.Grill all the vegetables till they are done.

SERVING
5.Serve with Corn tortilla, mashed avocado and black beans.
