Grilling Vegetables for Baked Potatoes

Ingredients
  Mixed vegetables 5 Cup (80 tbs), chopped (Mushrooms,onions,eggplants,bell pepper,)
  Ancho chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Chava's de mexico wood smoked salt 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic cloves 4 , crushed
  Liquid smoke 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Cut all the vegetables of the same size. .
2.Heat your grill.

MAKING
3.Marinade the vegetables with liquid smoke, chili powder, garlic and salt and grill them for about 10 minutes.

SERVING
4.Serve with baked potatoes and blanched broccoli with some Ranch dressing made of soy milk or yoghurt
